So With Eat right most people ask me that do I need to give up all tasty food and do fasting answer to this is "NO", once you have calculated your intake requirement you just need to monitor what you eat and remember
I will share 3 super foods with you to start for few weeks
1) Start a day with Coriander Water, how to prepare?
1.a) Put some Dhania Seeds (Coriander) in a glass of water and keep it soaked overnight.
1.b) Boil this water on flame for 3-5 minutes, let it cool
1.c) Filter water and drink this every morning drinking bit hot is better.
Or if you do not like to drink hot water do this
1.a) Put Dhania Seeds in a water and put it on flame for 2-3 mins in night
1.b) Let this water stay as it is in night
1.c) Filter water in morning and drink
How Coriander helps: It is known to enhance our digestive system by stimulating digestive enzymes and Juices. They are also good source of fiber. It also helps to detoc your body which eliminates excess toxins from body.
2) Add broccoli to your diet, how to make it tasty?
2.a) Put spoon any of healthy oil (not marketed healthy oil :) )as mentioned in part 1
2.b) Saute for 1-2 mins
2.3) Add some black pepper, if possible grind raw and use it in this receipe, Add lemon as per taste.
Do not eat boiled broccoli as it takes away most of nutrients
How Broccoli Helps: It is rich in vitamins, minerals and Fiber and low calorie diet.
Vit K, Vit C, Fiber, Potassium, Folate. Important is the preparation, never boil it.

3) Detox before you sleep, I preferred following for my detox and it helped me in a great way for weight reduction, I call it detox tea
3.a) Boil turmeric, lemon grass, ginger, Mint in a cup of water
3.b) Let it simmer for few minutes (3-5)
3.c) Filter water and have this cup.
Benefits: it contains lot of superfoods: Ginger, Turmeric which are known to us from ages and are used in lot of Ayurveda medicines. Ensure to have gap between dinner and detox tea.
Add these 3 foods to your lifestyle and walk for 30-45 mins everyday, continue this for 3 weeks. If you are starting but if you are already motivated and have energy prefer running for 30-45 mins at your own pace.
Remember: Must have gap of minimum 2 hours between food and sleep.
Tip: Keep your favorite fruit with you to munch during hunger time to avoid unhealthy snacks / chips.
